I was surprised, and not a little amused, to read in The Times of Malta that no fewer than four cabinet members, chairmen and CEOs from various agencies and two dozen accompanying government officials were all in attendance on Monday as Wasteserv unveiled a small bin used to dispose of medical waste.

How bizarre, though the motivation for improved waste segregation is sound.
