Celebrating a Swadlincote pair who have each reached 40 years service  for South Derbyshire District Council, there are also commendations for 20 years service by Kate Allies, environmental development manager at the environmental education project, Michael Bowen, street cleansing operative, Gillian Coates, business and recycling manager, Pam Wilson, secretarial support to directors, and Richard Heap, clinical waste driver.

Well done everyone, and in particular well done Richard Heap who ensures a vital link in the chain of effective community clinical (healthcare) waste management.

And well done too to South Derbyshire District Council, for recognising and celebrating the importance of service in these various waste management roles.
