“The State Department of Environmental Conservation Police and the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office are conducting a joint investigation into the discovery of “red bag” medical waste at a local Jewish cemetery.

“Three bags labeled as a bio hazard were discovered in the Chesed Shel Emes cemetery on Hysana Road in Liberty.

“The bags contain linens, cloth and bandages which appear to have been soaked with blood.
