In a scene that will be repeated across London every day, Tiger stripe bags of waste are left on a busy London pavement without a care for safety or security, or the general amenity of the neighbourhood.
Though it may be convenient for waste producers, either this Boots chemist shop or the private medical and dental clinic that is their close neighbour, to put their waste outside their shop at 8.15 in the morning that seems entirely inappropriate and irresponsible.
Waste producers should know better, and act responsibly.
