What happened to the biohazard sign?

Clinical wastes require warning signs and the convention is an internationally recognised biohazard sign in a yellow triangle, generally supplemented with an appropriate written description.

So, what’s this?

 

Found on Amazon (UK) today, this non-standard clinical waste warning sign probably would be sufficient but it is not standard and for that reason alone should not be used.
