National Account Manager – Healthcare and Hygiene

A global manufacturer of industrial healthcare and hygiene products is seeking a National Account Manager to develop existing relationships with their national distribution partners. Their overall objective is to increase the profitability of each agreement and further strengthen your rapport with each business.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have accountability over their national distribution arrangements and will be responsible for managing the performance of each account, as well as relationships with stakeholders in each business. You will carry out regular visits to your partners premises, understanding their processes and how productivity can be improved. Working in partnership, you will develop a strategy to improve your product offering.

An important element of your role will be to introduce newly-developed and/or pipeline products to your distribution partners, with the overall objective being an increase in your product offering.

You will be developing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, therefore the ability to engage and build partnerships with Senior Management is essential.

To Interview

To interview for this position you must have a demonstrable track record of managing significant distribution accounts on a national basis. You must also be comfortable managing large numbers of accounts with full responsibility for margins and P&L.
