Role: New Business Sales Executive – Hygiene, Healthcare, and Clinical Waste Management

Package: £25-32K basic plus commission (OTE £55-60K, top earners have exceeded 100K), car, mobile, tablet, pension

Facilities Management FM, Hygiene Services, Clinical Waste Services, Washroom Services, Contract Hygiene, Healthcare, Cleaning, General, Hazardous, or Medical Waste Management

Sales Executive, Field Sales Representative, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager

CLIENT

The client is a market leading organisation in the waste management and recycling sector. Due to proactive expansion they are looking to hire a new business sales executive. They are engaged in a range of general and clinical waste management and recycling services.

ROLE

This is a true 100% new business development position – you will sell the companies full range of clinical / hygiene / healthcare / hazardous waste management services including sharps disposal, bagged and anatomical clinical waste.

Approaching all levels of business including – Health Centres, Clinics, Vets, Hospitals, Tattooists, Acupuncturists, Pharmacy, Chiropodists, Dental Practices, Doctors Surgeries, Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Hospitals and NHS facilities.

You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales / business development targets, working to monitored activity levels for appointments

You will be required to deliver a consultative pitch utilizing tablet based presentations to the client and cement firm relationships.

You will self-generate your own leads and cold call business to create appointments; these will be supplemented by a team of telesales lead generators

EXPERIENCE

You MUST HAVE a proven track record of achievement against target and demonstrate a strong and committed work ethic. As the role is predominantly home based you will demonstrate self- motivation

Experience in the Hygiene / Hazardous / Clinical / Healthcare waste management sector is an advantage however you may have experience in a sales role approaching Dental Practices, Tattooists, Acupuncturists, Chiropodists, Care Homes, Doctors Surgeries, Health Centres, Clinics, Vets, Hospitals, Healthcare and Nursing Homes.

People excelling in any sales role may also be considered.

You MUST demonstrate stability in previous roles.
