Halloween is upon us and kids everywhere are making an even greater nuisance of themselves in the hope of a treat, or perhaps to deliver a trick.

But for one little brat, who surely doesn’t deserve it, Halloween won’t be the same and she will stay safely indoors.

Why?  Last year, she and her mother were traumatized when a needle was found in her trick-or-treat bag;  on the way home, the child got stuck with a needle in the leg.

It’s a sick world, where someone would deliberately place a hypodermic needle into a bag, add some sweets and candies, and then offer it to a child out trick-or-treating.
