Concerns regarding a Salt Lake City clinical waste incinerator that allegedly frequently breaches emission limits too a step up earlier last month when the famous and highly respected environmental campaigner Erin Brockovich attended a rally aimed at forcing closure of the Stericycle Medical Waste Incinerator.
Every waste treatment should be performed to the highest standard possible, and for incineration above most others that is particularly important. But once an incinerator is working properly, there should be no further valid reason for complain, even if it is t the end of your garden.
The simple bottom line is that out waste must go somewhere. We simply cannot pretend that it disappears without trace at some point over the far horizon. Sadly, life just isn’t like that.
