Share options and social media

I hadn’t noticed until told yesterday that the ‘share option’ which permits links to the various social media services had disappeared from the site.

After a few hours fiddling, during which time you may have noticed various social media icons appearing in various parts of the screen and on various web pages and posts, the problem has been solved.

At the foot of every page, and every post on the Clinical Waste Discussion Forum though not on the old Forum archive files, there is a small Share panel:

Click the panel and it will open up to display links to each of the various social media sites, to your email client and to activate the print dialogue menu for your computer.

This will hopefully be of some help to those who dabble with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and the like, or who want to email an item from the Clinical Waste Discussion Forum  to a colleague.

Every mention of the Forum in these different social media will help us greatly. Hopefully, it will help you too.

Remember too that thanks to Mr Google we have a [translate] option at the foot of every page. This offers – hopefully sufficient, if not perfect – translations of each page and post on the site.
