A strange call, but one that might just find resonance with IV drug users who might toss used needles and syringes, placing others at risk of injury!
Don’t be a tosser is (or was, it is dated 2007) the idea of Gravesham Borough Council in its campaign which not only tries to persuade users to dispose needles with care and use needle exchanges, but also to inform everyone, especially children, about what to do if they find any needles.
A great idea. I hope the Council did not get any complaints from the moral majority, affronted at the pithy language.
