I cannot think of a clinical waste management company in the UK or Europe, or indeed throughout the rest of the world, that doesn’t effectively hide behind a rather nondescript company name and title.
Nothing wrong with that, until we think about the problems with planning etc that face those seeking to develop a new site. It seems that nobody likes clinical waste. Residents and others imagine blood-drenched piles of waste festering in the yard; tissue waste and needles are particular concerns.
It is maybe just a little remarkable that one company embraces their services with a sharply pointed company name and very obvious vehicle livery.
Asking for trouble? Probably not, since the basis for most objections to clinical waste operations is misunderstanding and a general lack of information. Openness, honesty and information can sometimes be a challenge when facing those who perhaps don’t wish to listen, but it really is the best way.
