The thirteenth edition of the Sardinia Symposium will be held from 3-7 October 2011 and will include two general sessions, three specialized sessions and two workshop sessions for a total of seven parallel tracks. Poster papers will be presented in an appropriate session. Papers are selected according to quality by a group of International Referees from over 750 abstracts from 70 different countries.

A half day session is devoted to teh management of medical wastes.
