A court in Ireland has awarded a hospital worker 10,000 Euros for an injury from a used COVID-19 vaccination needle stick to a middle finger.

We don’t know the circumstances of injustice but a generous payout is to be applauded. Why? In the hope it will will encourage all users and those others such as cleaners, disposal companies to smarten this act to educate and prevent further avoidably injuries of this kind.
