The Role: Mainly managing key relationships within NHS and private hospitals, needle exchanges, infection control departments and local authorities, the new Business Development Manager will be liaising with both clinical and procurement staff. This role is predominantly managing existing accounts and the territory manager will be responsible for an NHS budget in excess of £1.5 million. Full product training will be provided and earnings prospects are attractive.
The Company: With hospitals being increasingly aware of their safety and hygiene procedures, this company provide a premium range of products and services (sharps disposal units, glove and gown dispensers, patient moving boards and ampoule breakers) for clinical waste handling and they are currently seeking to recruit a new Business Development Manager for the Midlands.
For this Business Development Manager position, they are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Strong sales skills
- You will have sold into the NHS
- Knowledge of the NHS procurement process is ideal
- Likeable and down to earth candidates with a flexible approach
