"The mystery surrounding a severed human leg found in a padi field in Kampung Telaga Bata, near here, Sunday was answered when a diabetic patient verified that the leg was his.
"It is probably due to negligence or administrative flaw by the hospital in the handing over of the leg to the man's next-of-kin," Fiesal said, adding that the case would be further investigated.
