"Wrexham man died due to misadventure after developing a habit of swallowing surgical gloves, an inquest heard.
"After being admitted to the psychiatric unit at the hospital last year, the patient had swallowed latex gloves and swabs from clinical waste bins on a number of occasions.
"Before his death, he had already had an operation after ingesting the foreign objects.

It's difficult not to smile at this sad tale, though the underlying reality is one of tragedy.
