Questionnaires

Questionnaires are invaluable in gaining detailed information that can indicate current practice, and identify problems and their remedies.

Several questionnaires may be listed below.   Some will be available at all times, while others may be accessible only for a fixed time period.  Your help in completing a relevant questionnaire will be greatly appreciated. 

• Infections, accidents and near-misses with clinical wastes (from 24 March 2006)
   
• Use of disposable suction canisters and liners (from 27 March 2006)
   
• Hand hygiene for waste handlers (from 05 May 2007)
   

• Disposal of pathology wastes (from 11 June 2007)
