A Clinical Waste Operator job, bizarrely described as a Clinical Waste Labourer,  is available in Ipswich.

Key duties will include ensuring that all areas of responsibility are cleaned to the required standards and that all machinery is well maintained, to ensure that all waste is dealt with correctly, to comply with all Health and Safety procedures for the Department including, COSHH, PPE, Clinical waste and sharps policy.

Duties will include:

Loading & Unloading Lorries
Burning Clinical Waste. . . . . What? Burning waste!!
Disposing of Sharp Objects

This is a temporary position on an ad-hoc basis working shifts to include 7AM-7PM & 7PM-7AM within a company that operate seven days a week, 365 days a year .

Salary is £7.70- £8.21 Per Hour
